One of the first things that flies out window in times of stress is taking care of ourselves.
We can learn how to be feel balanced, at ease and dare we say happier during this time. It takes intention, planning, support and practice, but doesn't have to be a struggle!
Over the past 15 years as psychologists and mindfulness teachers, we have an understanding about what is needed to support us during times of chronic stress - which we've living in.
We need to weave in time for self-care, tuning our nervous systems, reminding ourselves that we're worth taking care of, so we can be grounded, present and resilient during this time.
