    Thank you all so much for the tips on Sleep. You are abolutely right – I dont want to surrender – I Just want to to to Sleep. Your comments and advice is really appreciated and will try to remember these at night.

    Thank you, I am feeling reassured that I can sustain a practice that may be uniquely, imperfectly mine and grow it. The aspect of life community is something I have not taken advantage of because I have felt I wasn\\\’t doing it right enough. Thoughts like how can I spend an hour struggling to meditate and focus when I can barely do a minute have gotten in the way. The feedback notes and the encouragement for each other of the 21 day challenge have shown me that I, don\\\’t have to do it right to participate. So t retrying a group experience is less daunting and something to at least attempt. Generally I am a better group exerciser for things that are hard, so why not try again.

    Thank you so much, Elisha and all the panelists – this was very helpful. I took two pages of notes! What really stood out for me is hearing over and over about kindness, friendliness toward yourself and toward whatever is present, giving it space just to be. Somehow I got it today at a new and deeper level of understanding. Sending gratitude and loving kindness to you, Elisha, and to all the panelists.

      I wasn’t able to listen here in France as the time difference made it impossible for me but really glad to hear Elisha is making it available. I followed the 21 day meditation which was truly a reat gift.
